This isnt made with tradeskills, its a quest. Hand Qarrgy Scallopgobbler in CS 1 emerald dragon scale, 1 ulthork tusk and 1 fine steel bp and he'll give you an emerald dragonscale tunic.Comment

The only tradeskill component is a Fine Steel Breastplate. Note that the BP is the "medium" one that fits humans, etc., but the item itself is "large" (only fits in large/giant containers)Garshok
