Fishing in Jaggedpine...

Is it possible without having potemaids come after you? Every time I try, I'm frantically clicking hide, then.. oops.. here she comes...

little suckers chase me all the way back to the outpost, too. muttergrumble.

I thought fishing while foraging would be a nice relaxed change of pace, but... after getting run out of the zone 3 times... I'm not so sure. :/

Any advice is useful! If anyone knows a stretch of river that the little wenches avoid, PLEASE let me know!

Luckily I have a monk alt and do most of my fishing while feigned death with that character. Otherwise, I would just fish while invisible and close to a wall. I routinely fish in PoN at the waterfall that way. Generally I have enough time to egress if invis drops.

I tried again, soon as invis dropped, I tried to hide twice, and saw one aggro on me. I KNOW hide works in the zone... it's just.. uncanny and irritating. :P

Have you tried fishing in the caves with the teleporter to BB? I believe that there are water spots right near where Oracle Jaarl resides, not sure if they're deep enough to fish in though.

There is a river behind the walls of the "good" knolls when you teleport in from BB. Near where Mendan was talking about. Long as your faction with them is ok, they don't bother you while you fish.
