There's a sticky in the Smithing forum for new LoY recipes

Did you find the recipes, or did you manage to do combines and find niffy stats? Are these tailoring bonii? /me whimpers 'please???'

I found the recipe in gunther. There's several more, I'll post in a bit (still exploring)

Both Shears are tiny, weigh 0.0 and were trivial at 183 smithing.
