  • Sand Eroded Sea Trinket

Hate to keep posting asking what things are , but Im terrified of getting rid of items that might be of value. Ive combed all over for any info on the above mentioned ( which looks like a lightstone) and Charred Arachnid Thorax ( looks like charcoal ). Any info on these 2 bugger would be appreciated.

I have noticed a lot of things in LOY what are MAGIC, but NOT lore or noDrop.

One thing you could try is going to Bazaar, sling them into trader mode, charge 100000pp so nobody buys them. Then have a friend search for them under COMBINABLE. If they appear here then they very well may be tradeskill items.

Thats a GREAT idea - will try it and let you know. These were found on a vendor in POP , which doesnt mean much but being the continous vendor shopper that I am Ive just never run across them.

Edit - Charred Item shows up in Combinable ( tradeskill item I presume?) The Sand Eroded Trinket showed up in listing as Misc.

Keep in mind that being flagged as ‘combinable” does not automatically mean it’s a tradeskill item. It could be a quest component that gets combined in a special quest container, which quest is either obscure or undiscovered (hence nothing posted on any spoiler sites such as Alla’s.)

Or it could simply be flagged ‘combinable’ in case they want to use it in a future quest/tradeskill.

An easier way to check if something is of the type "combineable" is to look it up on lucy.

Do a search for the item. The item type is shown on the right.
