That is all anyone knows. I asked the same question about this item a few weeks ago. I ended up reselling the stones back to a merchant.

Thx Quinner...I'm keeping mine for the time being, you never know how valuable new items can be. Saw it for sale on povar bazaar for 3k...guess someone specualting it has value

That aside, does anyone know how rare it may be?

I kept mine, too. 8)

As far as rarity, I see them every so often on random PoK merchants, so my guess is uncommon --> rare. They appear often enough for me to rule out very rare or extremely rare.

Would the Mods consider keeping a sticky thread open on 'unknown use' items that are showing up in PoP?
