Confirmed: Hollowshade is fixed.

If one side holds all 3 areas the Vah Shir outpost respawns as that race as well as a named.
Killing the named resets the zone.

I was there when the owlbears had it and the named droped a 12/30 mace with +5 to several stats and was NO DROP.
