Thanks for posting about the Testament of Vanear, Ilona. I had thought about that item as well, as my 51 druid still uses it, but I could have sworn it was restricted to clerics and druids. But I looked it up and its All/All. I must have confused it with a different quest item.

I agree with Ilona that the Testament of Vanear would make a good trade skill item. It’s off hand only, but if you don’t have a better item the +10 wisdom isn’t bad. I’ve found a lot of good walk through posts that way and they can save you a lot of wasted time and effort.

An alternative to the suggested method of searching Bazaar that I use sometimes is to select categories as described above, without an upper price limit, and then click on the heading for the price column. That will give you the list arranged by price, so you can compared various items you can buy for 300pp, for example, and select the one that suits you best.

Also, it sounds as if you have educated yourself enough to be aware of geerloks, but if not, check them out. These tinker-made devices improve your chance of success on an tradeskilled item by five percent. They equip in your primary slot, so you lose some wis stats in that slot when you equip one, but they help a lot with successes.
