Found 5 of them on a merchant and snatched them just in case. But I havent been able to find any info. Thanks in advance

I'm not sure ... but it may be the item that is needed to make the Temper for the Elemental Armor from the Plane of Earth. If this is indeed the case, you can put three of them in a Mortar&Pestle and grind them to create 4 Powders. If not, you will get a DNC on the combine.
