I got this no drop, no stat item from a shadowman. After a search here and no one knowing what it's for at Allakhazam's, I was wondering if anyone here has any ideas. Apparently it drops off a named shadowman in Rathe Mountains as well.

It is for a quest given by Synthan in Mistmoore - I think it is Synthan. You collect 8 different vials of shadowman blood and combine in a container he gives you. I kind of forgot the exact details but it was added for the EQ RPG Monsters Manual and I think someone detailed it at The Safehouse.
