I see many characters now running around looking like Raggedy Ann or Andy with different colored bright arms, legs, and chest. This is different from the dying of robes as Ive found here. I know it takes reagents and someone said only from the new Zone near Stonebrunt. Is this true and please list where I can get more info.

This doesnt resemble what I have been told though. Something about buying all the reagents at some dock. Then you pick the color per your character window and it will tell you how many it will take to change everything, then you click okay and the reagents are gone. Yes. The dye is made via the recipe at above recipe. All four components of the recipe are on one vendor in the lighthouse. Then you click your little dye button on your inventory window, change your slots to all your neon colors and in the box it will say how many dyes are needed to make the change and then you hit the little accept button.Tinile, 85th Druid of the Seventh Hammer
