cost of items in prismatic dye recipe

I am work and am so for the next 6 or so more hours and i only have enough time tonight to log a few hours and i want to work on my colors and don't want to go all the way to gunthak just to find out that i can't afford the parts to work on it

so what I am asking is does anyone know the price of:
unfired vial

prism shard i assume this is the item that they charge a butload for to make the ability to dye ones armour only available to the uber rich

glaze lacquer

It's roughly about 30 plat or so per attempt (after buying all ingredients), if I remember correctly...maybe a little bit more.

From memory, the Prismatic Shard and Glaze Lacquer each cost 10p5g at best, the Unfired Dye Vial costs just over 8pp and the Firing Sheet you need is just a few silvers each.

Expect failures on making them though. Even at 200 Pottery and Brewing, I fizzle easily as much as 10-15% of the combines needed, although the combines themselves are low trivial.

Actually, though it’s not the cheapest thing to make, I don’t think the price of dyes is unreasonable. For low level characters, assuming they aren’t tweaked alts, 30pp is a lot of money. But it is something that can be saved for. And since the dye tool allows you to determine your colors ahead of time, you don’t have to waste the dye once you’ve saved up for it.

I’m also pleased that everything you need is vendor bought. In fact, it’s all bought off the same vendor who’s located in a safe zone. When dyes were first announced I was afraid we’d have to put together a raid group to get one of the components. So all things considered, I’m very pleased with the way dyes were introduced into the game. Now if we could just keep people from dying each piece of their armor a different neon color it would be perfect. :P
