I see it going in the bazaar for 2 to 5 kpp, I have one but I have yet to sell it for and I can't find any reciepe that uses it.

This is probably it then. If it drops in nadox. I spent the weekend doing the quest twice not sure how I missed it the first time...
It is for the cleric/druid/shaman cure disease/poison spell.
You say not no drop - do you play on Firiona Vie? If it is droppable on normal servers then this isn't it either and I have no more ideas for you.Comment

I know what he's talking about (got one too) and it is NOT the "a blackened vial" needed for the pureblood quest spell...
My guess is its just a red-herring item to confuse people looking for the "a blackened vial"
Could be wrong though... if anyone has any ideas, I still have my "Vial of Blackened Blood" in the bank
