I found this in the Hole as a Ground Spawn, it is Lore, and Magic but not No Drop. Any ideas as what its used for? I found nothing on Alla's.

I believe you’ve discovered a super duper ultra rare Achme Hole. This item is portable, but should be used with extreme caution. If placed within a container you have a 100% chance of losing one or more random items stored within that container. The Achme Hole can be used in combat by tossing it on the ground in front of onrushing creatures. However, should the Achme Hole be used in this manner it is likely that any or all creatures will reemerge form the hole if it is ever placed upon a ceiling or the second or higher floor of a building. Achme Holes are most often owned by governments that use them to dispose of overflows of taxpayer funds. If an Achme Hole is not available, governments often use the much less rare Achme Toilet.
