Do frogloks have any cultural armor? last time i checked, they had a culture.... they also have a cultural forge, does anyone know of any recipes?

As of yet, no cultural armor/weapons/anything. Yes, they do have a cultural forge, but SONY probally added that just incase they wanted to do something later, or it may be like the Erudite forge and only for making a container? Then again it could be like the Troll Cultural Oven, for more info on that ask CigarSkunk..

Erudite sewing kits are vendor sold, not smithed. Vale and Feir`Dal kits, however, are smithed, and not sold by vendors.
