My monk is level 54 now, and has 2 aa's, for Run2.

I was planning on getting run 3 at level 52 or so, but it turns out Levels are what get you into raids etc.

I have seen a level 51 baron or 2, but a 55+ raid is 55+. So I am going pure exp til 55, then I'll go back to pick up run 3, regen 3, and I really want first aid 3 to bind to 100%. NTCM isn't even on the list for my monk.

For Delfontes, I am not quite as worried about being accepted, as soloing is an option. I plan currently on Run1, Regen 3, run 3, in that order. If I am feeling like it, I might do NTCM after Regen 3...

I have friends that are trying to catch up to me in level, so I might hang out at 51 getting AA's for the time being.

Run 1 is so I don't fall quickly behind a raid in a Dungeon, but quadding I am doing outdoors with insticlick J-boots, so I am going at run 3 speed anyhow.

Run 3. Because sometimes SoW is too fast. Seriously.

Depends on what role you normally play. If you are the Absolute Main Tank for your group/raid/guild a whole lot, spend the points to be able to take and survive the damage. As a ranger, I hope you are not AMT for your guild, or even your raid. But if you solo a lot or MT in your groups, then this could be useful.

If you are a Secondary Tank during most of your fights, put it in the DPS. That way, you can stand behind or to the side of the mob and just CRACK CRACK CRACK keel eet ded.

run3 is a very common recommendation because it is a wise choice for lots of classes.

AA expenditure can be quite class specific and might be more appropriate for a druid board. As a shaman I have run3 and regen3. My monk has run3 and first aid 3.

I must agree with the advice not to put points into wisdom for a priest class. AA is just a massive grind and I would find it very hard to look at points siting in wisdom when my gear improves and I am capping that stat with ease.

As an example I have Quick Buff 2 and would like QB3 but the 9 points will be wasted if I ever get my hands on a spell hast item.

All of this information must be daunting - in the end, you should have fun with your points. =)

I also agree that Run3 is definitely where you need to spend your next 3 points.

Further than that, I would highly suggest you check out the discussions on The Druids Grove - Spells and AA's for AA recommendations according to playstyle for your main. http://pub149.ezboard.com/fthedruidsgrovespells

Thank you all for your advice. I asked the same question on eqdruids, by the way, and received much the same answers. As a result, I spent my 4th point on Runspeed and that is where the next 2 will go as well. I had not been sure of its value as a druid, but have been convinced.

Even tho' I seldom group and never raid (I just do not like it), I was convinced of the value of runspeed because (1) your speed does not diminish when you lose hps, (2) it can save you when you lose sow suddenly during a battle and (3) it would be great not to zone into SH, lose sow and hit myself in the head cuz I now get to plod around.

I'm sure I'll bother you with a similar question when I hit the next round of points, but that will be a while yet.

Although I have not played much this past month because I have been rather sick and in the hospital a few times... I am level 54 and got my first 4 AA points in PoD, PoN PoI and PoJ - I did regen first to help my healing rate during off time solo stuff I do but I done run around a lot in a group so those rewe first. next will be 3 run points for the raid reasons stated above. and the during eache level 54 through 59 I will always put 3 points into the New Tanaan Crafting Mastery skill for 18 total points well spent. In level 60 I WILL join the 1750 club. This will take some time - I hope to get well soon.

I am not 100% sure about that, but i was told that Crafting Mastery does not count towards the points needed for the Baron Titel. Thats why i didnt dared to put my first 3 points into Crafting Mastery but instead into regen.

Any points spent, including New Tanaan Crafting Mastery, count towards your title.

You could become a Baron after getting two levels of NTCM (They cost three each and it takes 6 points to reach Baron).

Heh - I feel like the odd one out . I didn't even think twice about putting my first three AA's in to Tanaan Mastery . It seemed like the ONLY sensible thing to do. Furthermore, my next three AA's will likely get tossed in to Tanaan Mastery as well . 60 (or even 65) is nothing compared to multiple tradeskill GM's .

Hehe, I recently got my very first AA point. The others in my group at the time all said "the first 6 should be spent as you get them", but since they're friends, they all understood that I'm saving my points til I get three - for NTCM of course
