Personally, I'd like to know when the above will be done. To my knowledge, besides the LoY additions (which did help in some cases), there hasn't been much don't along these lines.

There are still a lot of tradeskill recipes that don't seem to be appropriate for the difficulty it takes to get. Plane of Storms / Bastion of Thunder is a specific example. It is very difficult to make the armor and most of the pieces are worse than cultural and CT made stuff or just generally not even worth wearing.

I'd also like to know if Brewing is going to get a boost in the near future. The past couple expansions have added very little to Brewing and it still has barely anything at the 200+ range to make.

I'd like to see a quest like the Aid Grimel quest that doesn't require you to be in the server's top guild to do. I think many tradeskillers are like me, like to dabble in everything in the game, and have no interest in a full time raiding guild. There should be a nice quest reward for those who are working towards 1750 but who are in a more casual guild or who may not be guilded at all. Make the combines not doable until 235 skill or something. So, I'd love to see someone ask/propose this at the fan faire.

One of two things would happen:
1 - The reward would be good. At that point, your server's resident uberguild would perma camp the mobs until everyone in the guild had one. Casual players would complain about the evils of uberguilds.

2 - The reward would suck. Someone would do the quest and post the result and trigger a spate of whining about the broken RvR.

Just a quick note of warning as I mentally run through my packing list to be sure I've got everything I need for the weekend.

According to the schedule found linked to http://everquest.station.sony.com/fanfaire/index.jsp there is NOT going to be a panel devoted solely to tradeskills this time. Any such questions will likely be handled in the EverQuest Live panel, and it's very unlikely that much that is tradeskill-specific will be covered, given that a lot of folks will have much more general game questions as well.

That's not to say we can't get some of our questions answered, but I don't want folks *expecting* that we're going to be able to have someone tackle much of this list directly.

            Please ask

            Hmm, no forum eh ><.

Well if someone gets a chance, would he or she please ask if the cost for New Tanin Crafting Mastery could be lowered or eliminated.

Ok, Lowering the AA requirement, or even making it something other then AA< I can understand.

              But elimating it?

              Why?

Lilosh, I don't think he meant eliminate the ability, I think he meant eliminate the cost (ie make it something other then an AA). I sympathize with the latter, plenty of people are tradeskillers first, and will not likely ever see 51, but I doubt SOE will change that at this point.
