Shiny Lizard Scale?

Been farming bloods lately in CT and have had a few Shiny Lizard Scales drop. They seem to be more rare than the bloods, but I can't figure out what they are for.

I search the forums to no avail...

Anyone help me out here?

Shiny Lizard Scales are vendor fodder.
