I AE perma alot to get permafort crystals for my pottery. anyway, since LoY I've noticed this item dropping

Its about as common as the heart of ice, maybe a bit more common. I see one or two generally every 30 mins or so. Seems to be random off any goblin.

Anyone have any idea what its for yet? I am thinking its for a quest, but hoping its for tradeskills possibly too.

Cool this is a big help - it is for the frog shaman apprentice shield and I have been looking for it solely on the goblin sage I thought the quest giver was referring to.
