{nodnod} Frizznik can definitely be taken as the "voice of authority" on this one, as there's definitely more to him these days than the rather lukewarm praise of being an "ex-GM".

If he says they don't stack then they very definitely do not stack.

Now, if he'd said that standing on one foot, baying at the moon and hitting the enter key would increase my chances, then I might want to have a discussion with him about other suitable methods of sweet-talking the RNG into behaving itself ...

here's a thought.how about making the trophy equipable in the charm slot as well as range? Might give them the ability to 'stack ' the effects that way.

Apart from being totally in love with my spoon (third try; Bristlebane appeared to me in a Horasug-like vision and told me I wasn't getting a spoon unless I made the artisan's seal myself, so I did), it's accomplished all of the following for me:

-- Granted all sorts of nifty stats, of course, including the ability to buy peridots and vendor-mine without swapping gear
-- Freed up three precious slots in my standard walking-around bag (geerlok baking utensil plus two opal steins)
-- Allowed me to sell off my previous range item (eye of the griffon) to fund more tailoring without dropping my wisdom
-- Given me a 10-slot 100% weight-reducing bag, which in conjunction with my haversack means I'm 35-40 stone under maximum fighting weight and never ever go encumbered in the field
-- Given me the ability to summon more 10/100% bags for weird temporary uses, like hauling ore across Thurgadin when jboots wear off

I would love it more if it were an 11/18 1hb (hey, it's mace-shaped) with a +mana modifier, but that would be an additional quest, maybe; in the meantime, I'm both proud and satisfied.

              Reminded of a Quote...

              "SPOON!!!"
"Need a heady kiola for your sewing project? Sure! I can whip that right out. Oh, you say you need 2000? Well, that may take a while...."
