Fereth Armor Ornaments

Hello, just curious if anyone has any information on the Fereth Armor ornaments, i know they spoke about it being a crafted armor ornament set, i have yet to see them and have been pestering my guildleader about them for months. i know they are in the database because http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/i...ml?item=131997 , Just curious if anyone had any kind of information on them or know if they have been added to the game or not yet.
