How many new recipes per skill up by trade?

Brewing - 6
Fletching 17 or 18 (alternates)
Jewel crafting - 26
Pottery - 21
Research - 54
Smithing - 27
Tailoring - 16

Fishing is 2-3 (alternates).
I never noticed fletching alternating from 17, but I may have missed some.
Tailoring I am getting between 15-17.

Based on Dzarn's info from beta thread, they made a table to space out the bonus skill points (301-350) based on total recipe count, not necessarily by adding a straight number probably because of random rounding.
