Seems after spending several hours digging around areas looking for specific information.....then giving up, to ask here.....I will find the answer to my question in another post, so bear with me if this too has been answered elsewhere and I'm just missing it. ops:

By chance is there a resource page that lists if and what tradeskills they might be used?

Unfortunately I am not a wealthy wizard so it is second-nature to be a packrat instead to save me buying components later. I've been saving them (all types of them) for levels upon levels now and simply must clear up some bank space if there is little chance I'll need them later down the road.

Thanks Enfiniti! That is precisely what I was looking for to decide if to keep the vials I've been collecting or to ditch em.

I was a little worried that it was part of the smithing trade (which I've not moved onto researching at all) and more specifically, cultural-armor related-- thank goodness the tempers are a Brew skill that a little gnome can create no matter that she follows no god.

From the Shar Vahl area, Grimling, Xakra, Sonic Wolf, and Rockhopper blood are all used in the Shar Vahl progressive pottery quest that results in a 8 Large 50%WR Urn.

Not to mention all the new planar bloods that are used to imbue various diamonds for JC or pottery, or as part of the final combines there.

Aye, the sources are a total and absolute nightmare, due to how many places they are cross-referenced on the current site.

They're also one of the reasons that the database we've been talking about is taking so long to complete, as we're not only listing all tradeskill items, and all tradeskill recipes, but trying to get full and complete vendor AND mob drop information cross-linked to the proper items, so you can search for things 20 ways to tomorrow.

Well, that and the fact that the expansions add literally thousands of new entries when you count in all the recipes, items, forages, vendors and mobs that need to be added in to the main site AND added to the database at the same time...

We'll get there. In the meantime, it's not always intuitive on where on the current site to find the drop information, as it's needed in so many different ways for so many different things.
