I have noticed this on live and had not seen it noted here. The Prophecy of Ro Trophy leveled on the final stage while learning recipes. Toon was 300 in Research and Tinkering and trophy at 6/7. The trophy was evolving while learning recipes well under 300 trivial, most in the 60-160 range.
