Cultural Recipe Books

The following cultural recipe books are locked on vendor until a minimum skill level is reached if you want to add a note. I checked at 54 skill and again at 300 skill, no idea when they unlocked.

This is valid for both the Smith and Tailor Armor books.

I did the freebie tasks to get all skills to 54 before hunting for books. I was able to see Armor Step III through V on the vendor, so the note it needs 100 skill may actually be 50.

Further, all books VI through XIII were locked on the vendor until I got to 300. I did not check at each 50 threshold to verify at which skill each book unlocks, I don't think I would create another character again just to check.

At skill 54 I was also able to see Armor Step XIV through XVII.

Moving this to a discussion forum since there are no exact details from which to do the updating. I don't plan on taking another toon up in trades any time soon to test myself.

Any idea when these cultural recipe books will be unlocked? I can't find a thread that can answer my question.
