Tying Forage to arrow Keys?

I know there used to be a way to link foraging to an arrow key so that one could autoforage while they ran around. I have done searches here, but I guess I am not searching for the right terms... does anyone here know how to do this or have a link that shows how?

I remember it had to be made into a social button and then that was tied to either the left or right button, but I cannot remember the specifics.

The linked thread is pretty good, but I don't ever remember it being called MACROS. The pull-down item is Hotbar#. I use Hotbar 4 for binding to movement keys, then you just have to put the macro hotbutton in the appropriate hotbar 4 slot. The reason I use Hotbar 4 is because I have keys mapped to the other 3 hotbar buttons for general stuff for hotbar 1, common macros I use and bandolier hotkeys for hotbar 2, and discs and other specialty stuff in hotbar 3. I don't have any keys mapped to hotbar, so only the movement keys will activate them.

by making a social macro out of it, you can add /autoinventory to the forage.

Since I double-forage at 100% I needed to add to the above macro.

/autoinventory
/doability 1 (forage)
/autoinventory
/doability 2 (various ability, often is begging)
/autoinventory

The first autoinventory is in case something is already on my cursor. The third one is to to inventory the 2nd double-forage item. Two autoinventory lines in a row didn't work without a 2nd ability command between them, but I didn't try playing with pause commands.

My forage key is:

/pause 5, /doability 1
/pause 4, /autoinventory
/autoinventory
