Test Copied Toon Comes Back Naked

I had several level 85 toons on the Test server. When we were allowed to move them for one week, I brought them back to live servers. They came back naked except for epics. Is there a way I can replace those missing trophies short of re-doing the quests? I tried hailing the NPCs in Freeport to no avail.
