  • Tradeskill Charms

Ok, I have a jeweler and I tought having a charm for him would be a good idea. EQTraders lists the charm as no drop, so you have to be a high level potter and make the item yourself. Is there a way around this, or do I have to spend a week skilling up in pottery so I can have this one useful item?
The Jeweler Ceramic Clay and the unfired charm are also no trade. Is this a mistake? Is there a way around it?

You have to make it yourself, so yes, you have to skill-up your Pottery.

On the other hand, the trivial is only 250.

Skilling potter up to 200 is relatively quick and inexpensive and you don't need to spend any AA on NTCM. If you get old tinkered 5% skill, or do the trophy at 51-100 skill and level it up as you raise pottery, you will have a modified skill of 210.

This is enough to have a 95% success rate on the pottery wheel step and about 75% success on the firing step. So you will still only need one or two sets of components most of the time.

And sometimes eight sets (with 222 skill, a +5% modifier and one level of pottery mastery AA). But, I get unlucky like that (all too often).
