Sorry to ask but I dont see it anywhere, for the Planar Traveler's Manual it says "this item has a faction modifier" but what faction does it affect? And does anyone know by how much? Thanks!

When I did the restock HQ ore vendor quest in PoK, I got a +Citizens_of_Knowledge faction hit.
My money is on that faction as the "Modified" one as well.

Usually if you identify an item with a faction modifier it tells you which faction.
