NPC imbue/enchant

I'm a casual player these days and I've run into a problem. With the lower server populations these days it can be hard to get some items. Right now I'm having real problems getting imbued ivory. How about adding an NPC that sells imbued gems, vials of mana and enchanted metals? I understand why in the past such NPCs were not available. But have times changed enough to have pitty on us poor tradeskillers still playing?

If this NPC would sell the items at a huge mark-up, say 1000pp or more each for the times when you just need one or two, maybe it wouldn't step on the toes of those who actually do the imbuing/enchanting?

If the global price settings don't alow this how about an NPC that sells (for example) Imbued Ivory Ticket for 1000pp. You then give this ticket to his assistant NPC who returns to you one Imbued Ivory in return.

Have you tried setting up a buyer in the bazaar? And spam the bazaar (every 15 to 30 minutes so it doesn't really annoy peeps) that you're wanting to buy imbued ivory.

Mybuyer says out of character, "WTBuy Imbued Ivory. Cast by priests that worship the Tribunal, level 29 spell. Offering X pp. Also offering Y pp for unimbued ivory"

With that you've identified who can and how to make imbued ivory. You can offer straight plat for the imbued ivory or plat + regular ivory. You'll have to farm/buy ivory to supply those.
