Titles

Hi!

I am not sure where to ask this, so here goes. I have been away from EQ for sometime now and am just returning to check it out. I was going to work on tradeskills while I re-learn the game. What I am wondering is why don't I see any titles for my trades available? I have over 100skillpoints in 5 areas. How do I select to show my skill title like Apprentice Baker or something?

Also, can anyone explain in easy English what is Artisan all about? I've seen that around and am wondering what it is.

You can bring up your title window by hitting either shift-T or control-T (don't remember off hand). That will show you what titles you have available.

Your skill level determines what title rank you qualify for.

Each title is based on its corresponding skill. For artisan, the rank for that is based on the lowest skill level of the seven basic tradeskills. So if you're 300 in everything except jewelcrafting which is at 110, your artisan rank would be equivalent to 110.
