General Question

I posted this in the poison forum, but no one that read the post seemed to know the answer.

What lvl do you need to be to start and master poison making?

Its the only ts thats left I can master. I made a Shaman last week, lvl'd her to 35 and now she is 300 in Alchemy. I already have a Master Tinker. So, I want to get poison out of the way.
