part of the Oceangreen Hills collect quests - Kerrin the Unkempt #1 - Cure the Crud. Combine Oceangreen Wheatgrass with Mild Maggot Acid and a Pine Cone in a Stone Vial (given by quest giver) to make Vial of Curative Elixir.

Cave lichen foraged in blackburrow also tradeskill flagged, no QUEST mark, but supposedly no known tradeskill recipe.
