  • Old Halfling Cultural Armor - Smithed

When someone was offering to purchase Drop of Mercury in our Bazaar, I began to explore here to refresh my memory of why we had collected some. Our collection was intended for my Halfling alt, that I had remembered. When I got to the recipes using Drop of Mercury, I found all of the cultural armor to be designated for Dwarf crafters. This is particularly puzzling with items in the plate class, like Mischievous Platemale Boots which can be worn only by Halflings and Gnomes with the diety Bristlebane, not a Dwarf in the bunch.

Furthermore, I thought this category of cultural armor had been disabled.

not "disabled" as much as "Sunset." As in I will no longer support them, make changes, etc. What is there is there and will continue with no changes.

But it can make awfully good tribute.

The Mischevious platemal bracers are 7200 tribute or so...can't recall exactly, but over 7k.

Not bad for a blue diamond, some mercury, and lava rocks. And velium.

Gotta leave something in the game that gives some tribute since most everything in last few expansions gives no tribute or trivial tribute amounts. Very little that is made by tradeskillers is even sellable in the bazaar any more at least gives us one use for all the work we did in getting our tradeskill levels up.
