Cultural Drops in Crystallos?

Anyone else noticing the lvl 80 cultural drops getting ninja-nerfed in Crystallos? we used to pull at least 1 to 2 items per night of long farming, now I haven't seen one in over a month.

We get 1 -2 per night, as recently as Friday last week.

My group pulled in 2 exquisite marrows, one exquisite spinneret and one porous loam in 2 back to back sessions (3-4 each session) in Crystallos. Granted that was our best haul, but still. That was about a week ago, but haven't seen any since. I'd say it's bad luck.
