Yesterday i logged into the game to find 2 of my accounts had been banned and after finally getting hold of support gfound out i was accused og plat farming and selling. This in no way was true andwhat flagged soe is that my trader made alot fo palt and I transfered most fo it to my tradeskillers and back. I made 3.5 million over a week but sellign potions, player armor and augs. I trasnfered 2 million at one time. So my advice to all tradeskillers is dont transfer large amounts of plat at one time. I spent a day in hell over this and had very freindly help from CSR who had to elevate it to a senior CSR. in the end this is the response I got and i feel great as what i told them was true, I DID NTO DO THAT>

Upon further investigation we have determined that you had no direct involvement with 3rd party platinum sales. At the time of this response your account is released and added your subscription time back. You should be able to log into the game immediately. So in closing all i can say is dont move alot of plat at one time to get them to flag you and if you do be prepared to defend yourself. BTW they told me had he decided I had done somehting the acounts would be banned permenantly and there woudl ahve gone 5 1/2 years of my life. So beware.

Well, sorry they made that mistake and very glad you were able to get it reinstated, but in a way its sort of reassuring to know that these kinds of transactions ARE monitored and being acted upon.

I've been investigated for transferring 1 million, but they didn't have to suspend the account, or even log me out, to do it (maybe because it was a weekday?). I suspect even smaller amounts might be noticed. And this was just transferring it through the shared bank, not even between accounts.

i have transferred 5mil+ between my 2 accounts tons of times and never got anything about being investigated or whatever... but both of my accounts are under my name and long time accounts so maybe they check that first.... if they are new accounts or under different names/credit cards, etc...it might flag for something bad

Yeah, same here. I've transferred tons of cash back and forth between my traders, but I suspect if the GM's ever investigated me, they'd notice pretty quick that the toon names are all similar (Kyrostrader, Kyrosbuyer, Kyroskrane, etc.), the account names are similar, and the CC and other account info for all three are identical and have never been changed.

Heh. When I ran the Jolly Jester event a few months ago, I mentioned to Zatozia that I was planning to give out some 20-odd million plat to the winners. She got this funny look on her face for a second, then laughed and said, "Yeah, you DEFINITELY want to tell us about that ahead of time." So I guess they really do watch for odd transactions like that.

had my accounts 5 1/2 years for 3 accounts, trasfered between 2 and both got banned, but all i sgood now, now if they woudl deal with the plat spammers i would really be happy.
