Human cultural armor.

So I did one armor quest a long time ago: Resulted in sacred book of human culture.

I am confused and cannot now work out which one it was for and how I go about using it to get patterns.
I really want to make elegant armor, do I have the right book, or do I need to do another quest?

That book is for sacred augs. See the same NPC for the armor quest. Just read the text, you will be ok. It is an easy quest.
