OGRE Cultural Quest Help

Who do I get the quest from?...Please Help...Thank You

I don't remember the exact NPC name, but you can ALWAYS find the cultural quest individual for a race in the home city by using the FIND button. Just look for the one that says "Tradeskill Quests."

I still have an old TS quest in my Quest Window...Is that still ok?...Or should i erase and start over?

If you have one of the old symbol quests in your window, you can complete it if you want to and still get the book. Just look at the old one and the new one and decide which one is easier for you to do.

Generally, the new ones are going to be easier, but it depends on how much progress you have already in the old one.
