Innovative Clockwork Gears and Bolts

Has this been stealth nerfed?

I have been making Nightmarewood Compound Bows for months now. I have a friend who is a tinkerer that makes the cams for me, all i have to do is get the grease, gears, and bolts for him. However, since SOF, I have spent HOURS upon HOURS farming in PoI and have yet to see ONE of either!

Am wondering what happened to them?!?

Am I just having extremely bad luck, or has the drop rate been killed?

Any input would be helpful.

I do not know, I haven't been in PoI in at least a year I would guess. I have about 3 or 4 stacks of these left from my days there though.

I would guess it is a bad run.

Last time I went back there a few days ago, 3 hours of clearing the entire zone produced 3 bolts and 1 gear. I stayed until I got the 1 gear I needed to drop (for an AGAA).

Seems worse than last time I stocked up on gears a year ago, that's for sure.

Every time the global loot pool changes, PoI tinkering components seem to take more than normal hits. Prior to crystalized sulfur being added to global, you'd get 10-20 each per hour. Its been all downhill from there.

Wed Night we did a POI backflag for alts, Zerg to dragon to get factory keys for alot of people and the zerg to Maenetic Behemoth to get the flag.. so much stuff dropped I couldn't loot it all and I had started with 3 open bags. I will say , the amount of *Innovative clockwork XXX* Items was very low, but we did get some.

The innovative clockwork gears are rare, seems like. I found a few more of the bolts, but it does seem they all drop less than they used to. But perhaps it's because I need them now that I notice it.

I got x9 Innovative Clockwork Gears on a complete clear of Plane of Innovation last night. That seems about average to clears in the past although I dont have any hard data to back that up.
