This is a search for Nostrum on the main site. It has the 3 nostrums entered, and I think there is 1 more out there as well, not sure.
Other than those, for drink, Juice of Quellious is your next best bet.
For food, if you are a baker, Bristlebane's Challenge is the best with Bristlebane Party Platter being second.
If you cannot bake those no drop items yourself, Quarken Xired's Timeless Trail Rations is the best tradeable food. (unless your on FV server, but they are just different :P)Shawlweaver Sphynx on Cazic Thule
