Level gaps in cultural

At lower levels, there are 20 level gaps between each cultural tier.

Too bad the symbols where not offset by 10 levels compared to the armor. Would that result in anything seriously out of balance? (Ie, either lower the armor level by 10 at the lower end, or the symbol level by 10...)

Would be a waste of time to invent more low level armor and symbols. Most player power level fast through the first 40 or 50 level easy nowday. The extra template recipes we have are mostly for skilling up.

Not really needed, the armour you get at 15, will last you till you get more at 35. Really it will. Gear doesn't make a huge difference at the lower levels, a couple stat points isn't usually going to be a decider in a fight. Get a couple augs fromteh hotzones as you level up (and the old hotzones too) and you'll be good till the next tier of armour.

The only thing thats really missing is something to put in those Type 12 slots. I can't think of many augs (besides LDoN ones that go anywhere) that you can actually get for those slots until you can get DoN missions - and at lower levels it takes plenty of those to get anything. With alot of people no longer doing DoN's as they are older content, theres alot of Type 12 slots going unfulfilled I'd imagine. Something half decent, dropped or player made would be appreciated to fill the gaping holes in my armour (as I'm not a raider, so no bazu/LB for me).

The sunshard armor has level caps that alternate with cultural. Between the two you have a smooth crafted armor progression.
