When will we get other cultural armors?

I just started a Gnew Gnome Gnecro on another server and I am skipping the tutorial for the most part, I am still getting those drops of cultural components and would like to do more with them than just use them to skill up on. Basically, what I am saying is that I would like to see some new low level armors we could make ourselves; and seeing as the new cultural drops have poluted the drop pools in the tutorial to where it will take forever to get a set of Tutorial armor it would be nice to have another source other than the "OLD" Newby armor to choose from. I hope this is not asking too much, but if one never asks one never recieves...

I'd argue that although it would be a nice to have, that cultural before 50 is pretty much more effort than it is worth.

I know when I was making armor for my guild I'd outfit anyone who asked in lvl 20 and lvl 40 armor. The armor lasted at most a week before they had passed its useful life and were getting better. Considering new +DS on armor and DS potions, plus a whole lot of new "quested" gear in TSS that has stuff like mana regen/HP regen/+DS at lvl 20.... with good focii. I just can't see how they can make any new levels of gear before 50 that are useful and not way overpowering.

Perhaps gear with strange clicky effects? Focii? Maybe stuff with specific stats boosted but which over all are less powerful than equivalent cultural? Allowing for some customization at lower levels. (For example, if I could craft a set of +DEX gear for my lowbie rogue, I'd put the effort into it as I find lowbie rogues with good DEX are da boss. Even if the gear had a spread of 30 levels for the whole set I'd pick and match the pieces I need/could wear.)

Unless someone was planning to take it slow and easy, any cultural armor under 50 is probably a waste of space and better left for skilling up on leftover templates.

Which is the point of the rec levels in the first place. Right now, +13DS per JC slot is an option, I was speaking to the proposed future.

I must admit, that it is amusing that everyone feels that 1-50 goes so fast, but that by flying spaghetti monster they just gotta have rec levels or the game is going to end. <shrug> I think my sig says it all.

This is a function of catering to your "Audience". There are simply just not enough folks from 1-50 to justify adding even more content for them. Most the folks in this range get pushed threw it by friends. Those unfortunate few that dont or the ones that dont like to PL are in the minority. I'm sure they will eventually get around to putting in some stuff but honestly there is so much content out there for those levels that while having a new uniform set would be cool its unnecessairy.
