There are 2 items, one drops in SSRA off XTC and another off a blob in VT that are 15% smithing items.
There are the shears that drop in Akheva from the named mob there with 15% tailoring.
I believe there is also a robe that has a research modifier, though I do not know much about it.Last edited by Aldier; 12-05-2007, 09:06 AM.Shawlweaver Sphynx on Cazic Thule

The geerlok items are fairly cheap and give a +5% to a single tradeskill as indicated on the item.
The Geerlok Hypermodulating Tool replaces all the other geerloks as a single item that provides the +5% modifier for any of the 7 basic trade skills. It hypermodulates based on the continer it is placed in (for example, if placed in a sewing kit and "combine: is pressed, it becomes a tailoring modifier).
The trade skill trophies, are evolving items which provide from +1% (at 1/7) to +15%
There are a few other item drops (Like the gauntlets in VT with +15% Smithing modifier). There may be a list if you do some searching here, otherwise your best bet is a premium search on Allah's or Lucy.

Also before anyone asks, tradeskill modifiers do not stack. Only the highest tradeskill modifier for the skill you are attempting is applied.

The modifier still will not stack.Only the highest modifier will be counted. So don't bother to farm all those stuff to try and get 30% in smithing or even 45% with trophy.

For smithing, if you dont have a 12% or better trophy, I'd really recommend getting Massive girdle of the forge (drop in Sanctus Seru): +10% smithing.
You need 1-2 high level pet class chars for this. The mob with belt procs a banish so any player tankign this mob will be quickly banished...but pets dont get banished, so you pet tank the named with all other players using ranged DPS and keeping agro lower than pet agro. This was easy at lvl 65...should be a joke fight at lvl 75+.
The main problem with the belt is that it's easy to forget you have it on...I've often forgotten about it and done raids with this low stat belt equipped.
