On Povar, for Elaborate combines I normally charge 5k to non-guildies per attempt if they provide the dropped components. This is in part compensation for LOSING any possibility of a bazaar sale (at a higher profit on average) and in small part payment for the vender-sold materials.
For Elegant armor and Exalted augments, I've been charging 10K same conditions for the same reasons.
I don't have the Sublime quest done yet, and I don't know if I ever WILL complete it - I am TORQUED enough over the proposed Cultural/LB Nerf (among many other ONGOING issues with SoE and their constant bugs/bs/crashes/etc.) that I may not be PLAYING the game next month.
Guildies that bring me ALL of the materials for a combine I do not charge. If they bring me JUST the dropped mats I give them a "per success" rate that is a lot lower than I charge anyone else.
I also do "custom orders" for stuff I don't stock on my bazaarbot at times, those are always at a negotiated rate where I try to factor in my costs and time and use of my NODROP materials.
Some stuff I just won't bother with - Simple or Ornate armor I flat out won't waste the mold/pattern on unless the person is willing to pay me a LOT more than that armor is worth.
