I have to kill 20 Chetari Warriors in Dragon Necropolis. This is not a problem.
I also have to "Make impressions of the teeth of Chetari warriors." This is a problem. I have killed a ton of the warriors, and every other chetari in that zone.

Steps 3 and 4 are similar, but with Lichtors of the Heart in Sactus Seru.

Am I missing something? How do I collect these impressions? I cannot find anyone in my guild or on The Rathe in general that has an answer to why it hasn't updated.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to have the impression book in your inventory and keep killing. On each kill, you have a chance of getting an impression.

Does it need to be in a top inventory slot? or can it be bagged?

I had in in a bag yesterday, and nadda.

It can be bagged. I had it in bags the entire time while doing the quests.
