I made a Serpent's Seal (382 trivia), Sunshard Seal (402 trivia) and Faycite Seal (422 trivia) using smithing successfully. For both Serpent and Sunshard, combine Vial of Purified Mana + 2 x Platinum bars + seal pattern + Titanium ore + either Serpent's water or Sunshard water. For Faycite Seal basically is the same recipee replacing Titanium ore with Tantalum and the water with Faycite water. I have not tested it with tinkering yet sorry. Hope this helps.

I can't confirm anything with the new recipes, but the tinkered combine before only used the smithing drop(steel) & the mold, rather than the water from a vendor, so a serpents seal using a similar recipe should be Vial of Purified Mana + Platinum bar x2 + Seal Pattern + Titanium ore + Serpent's Parts Mold + Gnomish Heat Source x4
Substitute the correct ore & mold for the Sunshard & Faycite seals.
Haven't seen any of the new metals parts molds.Has anybody made the new seals with ores/loams? And will the old seal patterns work or I gotta do a new quest?
The tinkering recipe for the new seals is the same as the smithing recipe + 4 gnomish heat sources, not 3 like the scroll says. At least for the sunshard seal. Don't know about serpent.
I've got the tinkering for serpents and sunshard made now.
I still cant get silks to work using the same recipe I do for pelts with 1,2,3 or 4 silks in it. Also been playing with some heat souces (dunno why) and 5 different types of needles. Still no luck.
Anyone been able to make seals from cultural silks?
