75 - 79 is the elegant armor so what is the armor for 70 - 74?

For augs, there are exalted with recommended level 75, and sublime with recommended level 80 with an extra 100-odd HP and some more mods. Even without any armor upgrade, though, you can get the exalted augs for a nice HP/stat boost.
Given that the level 80 augs require the same porous loam/etc as the elegant armor, and that porous loam is pretty rare (being limited to SoF T3 and above as a main drop, with drops elsewhere extremely rare), I expect that many folks will go with the elegant armor and exalted augs for quite awhile.
