    Warning about new jewelcraft

    Hi all
    Just wanted to let you know that the trio jewelcraft items seem to be responsible for a bug that has hit me and at least 1 other person today.
    After making some trio earrings and rings, I placed them in a bag in the shared bank space. I then zoned back into bazaar to make some more (they require augment birdbath). After zoning back into PoK when done, to my horror, everything in my bank and shared bank was missing apart from shared platinum.
    After posting on tech boards about this issue (I was unable to petition in-game) another player stated that the same thing has happened to them after putting this type of jewellry into the shared bank.
    So be very wary with the new jewelry.

    I had some gold earrings in my shared bag and didn't have an issue. I wonder what would cause this for you? I hope it gets sorted out and fixed.

      They were combo's of platinum and either round cut opal, peridot, emerald with square cut ruby or cuts of prestigitase or staurolite. So maybe it's just the platinum stuff thats bugged.
      Btw be aware that the type 11 slot isn't always last on the trio stuff, i mistakenly filled 2 type 11 slots with type 10/11.

        I suspect it's because you're putting an augged item into the shared bank. Before now, it was impossible to put an augged item into the shared bank (like with the cultural armors). Simply inserting the aug would automatically make the item no-trade, even if both the item and the aug were tradable separately.

          As mentioned on EQ forum, augged JC item is causing the problem. A temporary workaround would be to make the augged set no drop until the dev can find a way to separate those JC from other items that aren't allowed in shared banks.

              Hmm I put a velium trio ring with 3 cut stones set in it in the shared bank overnight with no problem. Then I put it in the guild bank overnight with no problem.

                Was there a hot patch? Or maybe it's certain JC item that breaks the shared bank?
