Looking for some help(Sublime Symbols)

I finished the quest for sublime symbols and now have a Sublime Book of Erudite Culture and I'm now stuck at making sublime symbol patterns. When I try and combine Large Bottle of Ink + Roll of Superb Velium + A Quill + Compacted Backpack in a Book Binding I get the error message of "This seems correct but something is wrong. Perhaps you need to know something more in order to combine this"

I have visited all 4 NPC in pok for books and I've scribed them all, I can see the final combines to make the symbols on the smithing UI. I'm 300 smithing and 280 tailoring but I'm level 77 atm, I'm wondering is level 80 a requirement to make sublime symbol patterns?

It is broke

I have fixed the bug but unfortunately it needs a full patch, and there is no solution until then.

These were mistakenly marked with the "must know" flag... and unfortunately there is no-way to learn them. I have removed the must know flag from these.
