Trivia on Engraved Royal Velium Armor

Didn't know where else to post this...

The last step when you make the armor from No Drop to something you can sell like Imbued Royal Velium Breastplate -> Engraved Royal Velium Breastplate. Trivia are listed as 195 in jewelcraft, but i made bp, legs and arms with 190 in skill, and they where trivia.
