Waters for cultural symbols

I was trying to combine Blessed water of Karana and Lambent stone in jewelry kit as it states should work but its telling me i cannot combine these items in this type of container. Is this recipe out of date or am i doing something foolish? Any ideas?

The new symbol recipes just use the water directly. There is no JC combine required.

The cultural waters have, essentially, been done away with as a sub-combine. Go to PoK and ctrl-f the tradeskill historians. Buy all the books/scrolls that you see and "scribe them" (you will see the hotkey). Then open your cultural tradeskill container and you will see the new recipes for augs. Subcombined waters are no longer required to make the augs, just buy the blessed waters and go on the current recipes.
